Dr. Georg Schröder, LL.M. is the founder and managing director of legal data. He has been dealing with data protection law for 22 years and is the author of the standard works "Datenschutzrecht für die Praxis" (Beck im dtv Verlag, 3rd edition) and "Softwareverträge" (Beck Verlag, 4th edition). His personal clients include renowned banks and media groups as well as start-up companies from the IT and software sector.

Prior to legal data , Georg was a partner in a large German commercial law firm, where he was responsible for the data protection department and held lectureships at Ravensburg University of Cooperative Education and Lomonossov University in Moscow.

In his spare time, Georg enjoys playing basketball with his sons and is a passionate pilot.
