Your tasks:
- Supporting lawyers in client care and drafting documents
- Deadline monitoring and scheduling coordination
- Processing of correspondence and file management
- Preparation of court documents and appointments
- Billing of clients (e.g. according to RVG)
- Communication with courts, authorities and clients
- General office organization and administration
Your profile:
- Completed training as a paralegal or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in a law firm is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally knowledge of legal software
- Organizational talent and independent way of working
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Discretion and a sense of responsibility

Your tasks:
- You advise and represent our clients in all matters of data protection law, in particular in the area of international data transfers and structural issues
- Attending audit appointments
- You will have direct client contact right from the start and take responsibility for your own client work
What you bring with you:
- You have successfully completed your exams
- Ideally, you have demonstrable expertise and/or interest in data protection law, preferably as a young professional or with initial professional experience
- You have a technical understanding and are proficient in working with IT systems
- You are a team player, a strong communicator and think strategically
- You like to work independently and on your own responsibility
- You have a pragmatic approach to legal issues and communicate complex issues in understandable language
