Your tasks:

  • Supporting lawyers in client care and drafting documents
  • Deadline monitoring and scheduling coordination
  • Processing of correspondence and file management
  • Preparation of court documents and appointments
  • Billing of clients (e.g. according to RVG)
  • Communication with courts, authorities and clients
  • General office organization and administration

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a paralegal or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in a law firm is an advantage
  • Confident handling of MS Office and ideally knowledge of legal software
  • Organizational talent and independent way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
  • Discretion and a sense of responsibility

Lawyer (m/f/d) in data protection law

Your tasks:

  • You advise and represent our clients in all matters of data protection law, in particular in the area of international data transfers and structural issues
  • Attending audit appointments
  • You will have direct client contact right from the start and take responsibility for your own client work

What you bring with you:

  • You have successfully completed your exams
  • Ideally, you have demonstrable expertise and/or interest in data protection law, preferably as a young professional or with initial professional experience
  • You have a technical understanding and are proficient in working with IT systems
  • You are a team player, a strong communicator and think strategically
  • You like to work independently and on your own responsibility
  • You have a pragmatic approach to legal issues and communicate complex issues in understandable language
